Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Ellensburg Morning Rotary FireCracker 5k Run on Sunday, July 4th, 2027, in beautiful Ellensburg, Kittitas! This exciting community event takes place at Rotary Park, featuring a flat and fast 5k course perfect for runners of all skill levels. The race kicks off at 8:30 AM, followed by thrilling kids' races at 9:45 AM, where young participants can enjoy a 100m dash for ages 5 and under and a 400m dash for ages 6 to 10. All kids will receive a prize, ensuring a memorable experience for every little racer!
Don’t miss out on the chance to earn awards for the top three male and female finishers, who will be rewarded with delicious pies (must be present to win). Plus, the top 10 youth boys and girls aged 14 and under will receive winners t-shirts! Registration is open until July 3rd at 6 PM online, but don’t worry if you miss that deadline—onsite registration starts at 7:00 AM on race day for just $25. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Ellensburg Morning Rotary

A fun, family friendly community race at Rotary Park! Flat and fast!!! Awards for top 3 male and female. Last day to register with t-shirt option is June 28th at midnight.
