Get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness and community at the 5th annual Elm Street Athletic Festival on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, in Greensboro, Guilford! This exciting event features a thrilling 10-mile grand tour that takes participants through the vibrant central boulevard and charming neighborhoods of Greensboro. Runners can also enjoy a 5k race, a 1-mile youth run, and a special 1-mile Survivors, Healers, and Heroes Walk, dedicated to brain tumor patients, their families, and friends. A portion of the proceeds will benefit a local brain cancer foundation, supporting patients and caregivers in our region. Organiser's Description

Welcome to the 5th annual Elm Street Athletic Festival! Headlined by a 10 mile _grand tour_ of Greensboro's central boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods, A portion of the proceeds benefit local a soon to be announced brain cancer foundation, who support our region's brain and spine tumor patients and providers. In addition to the 10 mile run, there will be a 5k run, a 1 mile youth run, and a _1 mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk_ for brain tumor patients, their families, friends, caretakers, as well as those who will walk in remembrance of a loved one.
