Let's run/walk to help support the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and families. All proceeds will go towards Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach and Nourished Bellies programs to families in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi, Madagascar and Congo.
Join in person at the beautiful Randall's Island Park in NYC. T-shirt, bib number pick up at the day of the event.
* Race t-shirt, bib and medal (For adults, teens and children)/ For those registering later than September 5th, a 5K t-shirt may not be available.
* Race bandana, bib and medal (For dogs)
* Refreshments and snacks (For everyone)
* Goodie bag for dogs and kids.

Everyone is welcome to wear Superhero costumes! Run/walk with your dog or pushing a stroller. There will be kids activities, such as arts and crafts, bubbles, and outdoor games. All dogs and children participating will receive a participation medal. Children will receive a goodie bag. Dogs will receive a participation gift. -
