Choose to run or walk a 5K distance while helping raise funds for vital initiatives like Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach, and Nourished Bellies programs in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi, Madagascar, and Congo.
Participants will receive a race t-shirt, bib number, and a medal, ensuring a memorable experience. Dogs can join the fun too, with their own bandanas and medals! The event will also feature refreshments, snacks, and a goodie bag for kids and dogs, along with a free raffle prize for everyone. If you can't make it in person, consider joining the International Virtual 5K Run/Walk to contribute to this worthy cause. Let's run/walk to help support the physical, mental, and emotional health of individuals and families. All proceeds will go towards Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach and Nourished Bellies programs to families in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi, Madagascar and Congo.
Join in person at the beautiful Randall's Island Park in NYC. T-shirt, bib number pick up at the day of the event.

Everyone is welcome to wear Superhero costumes! Run/walk with your dog or pushing a stroller. There will be kids activities, such as arts and crafts, bubbles, and outdoor games. All dogs and children participating will receive a participation medal. Children will receive a goodie bag. Dogs will receive a participation gift. -
