Fall 2024 Full & Half Marathon Training - Apex

Fall 2024 Full&Half Marathon Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
The class is 16 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a full or half marathon: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time.  All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 16 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training&strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. The coached group runs are in person, though this class can be done virtually when you miss: all info will be provided on the group run&route ahead of time so that trainees can run separately at another time if they need to.
Cost of the class is $85 if you register by 7/28/24.  Registration cost from 7/29 - 8/18 is $90.  Deadline to register is 8/18.

Cost includes: 16-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, in-class/virtual seminars on running-related topics, strength training plan, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% off merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

Program dates: August 4, 2024 - November 23, 2024.  Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15PM-7:15PM, and there are group long runs with all fall adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM..  The class will meet on Mondays&Wednesdays rotating locations among: Hunter Street Park (1250 Ambergate Station, Apex, NC 27502), Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Road, Apex 27502), Mills Park Middle School track (441 Mills Park Drive, Cary 27519), Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary 27518), Apex Community Park (1808 Lake Pine Drive), and the American Tobacco Trail - White Oak Church lot (1305 White Oak Church Road, Apex 27523).  Regarding the rotating locations: Hunter Street Park: at least 1 class every week will be here, then rotating among: Apex Nature Park,  Mills Park Middle School track, Symphony Lake Greenway, American Tobacco Trail - White Oak Church lot,&Apex Community Park.  Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
