FALL 2025 KIDS 5K TRAINING IN CARY is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.



Class is 8 WEEKS LONG, meeting once per week, and is geared toward KIDS AGED 8-14 YEARS OLD. The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work their run endurance up to running a 5K at the end of the season. ALL levels & paces are welcome! Kids will be grouped in smaller pace groups after a timed mile so they can train with similar paces. Class will be capped at 40 registrants.



COST OF THE CLASS IS $70. NO REFUND AND NO DEFERRAL IF YOU DROP OUT OF THE CLASS AFTER REGISTERING. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.



COST INCLUDES: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, a training shirt, and an end of season medal after running the 5K in class.

PROGRAM DATES: AUGUST 26, 2025 - OCTOBER 14, 2025. 1 class per week: Tuesdays 6-7pm in August & September, 5:30-6:30pm in October. THE CLASS WILL MEET AT NEW HOPE CHURCH TRAILHEAD PARK IN CARY (2575 NEW HOPE CHURCH ROAD, CARY, NC 27519).
