Participants can choose from two scenic courses: a 5-mile loop or a 7-mile loop, both marked and supported with hydration and nutrition at two aid stations along the way.
The fun kicks off at 7 AM with enthusiastic pacers leading the charge, ensuring a spirited atmosphere that fosters camaraderie among runners. After your run, take advantage of on-site support from a Physical Therapist who will be available to discuss any bumps, bruises, aches, and pains, as well as help you stretch out post-run. Training for a Half or Full Marathon? Just need to get a long run in? We've got you covered!
Join us for a Supported Long Run. We will have pacers, 2 marked courses with 2 aid stops, that are supplied with hydration, nutrition, and some cheerleaders to support you throughout your long run. When you finish up there will be a Physical Therapist back at the store to talk bumps, bruises, aches and pains and stretch you out.
The pacers will be starting at 7AM, this is typically when the largest group of runners begin too (if you are looking for group camaraderie). Please start at Fleet Feet Montclair, and check in upon arrival.
