What is Fast Rabbits?
Did you know...
Only one in three children are physically active every day.Less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day; only one in three adults receive the recommended amount of physical activity each week.
Simply put, we here at Fleet Feet are here to buck this trend and help your young athletes discover a love for running!! The Fast Rabbits Youth Running Club offers participants the opportunity to participate in regular physical activity and to learn about healthy lifestyle behaviors along the way. We're not just here to prepare for a race, we're here to empower your athlete with knowledge and an understanding of lifelong 
Though our focus is, ostensibly, on running, we allow kids time to just be kids as well! Your athlete will be introduced to different types of running/training (i.e. road running, trail running, track workouts and circuit training), running drills and stretching to improve form and prevent injury, as well as fun games (that may or may not also involve running...). Our coaches work hard on daily plans for practice that will make your young athlete excited to come back!

BASIC INFORMATION:
When do we meet? Spring/Fall Sessions: Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 5:30-7:00 (or 6:30 depending on sunset times)Summer: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Evenings from  6:00-7:30pmWhere do we meet? Locations are still TBD as of Jan 21, 2024. One location per week will be at Snouffer Park in Worthington for all sessions.Who is it meant for? Spring and Fall we welcome grades 3 through 6. Summer we welcome grades 3 through 8. This is because we do not want to interfere with local middle school track and cross country seasons.
