Join us for the inaugural FCA 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in the beautiful Monticello, Wayne! This exciting event kicks off at the Wayne County High School Athletic Stadium, featuring a vibrant 5K course that takes participants through the scenic school campus along Cardinal Way, Kenny Davis Blvd, and Myrtle Street. Whether you're an avid runner or prefer a leisurely stroll, there's something for everyone with options for both a 5K Run and a 5K Walk.
Gather your friends, family, and coworkers to create a team and enjoy a fun morning of fellowship. The Kids Dash for younger participants starts at 8:30 AM, just before the main race. Don’t miss out on the chance to snag a cool race shirt by registering before May 17th! Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in both the run and walk categories, as well as for various age groups. Join us for this uplifting event and celebrate community spirit while staying active!

THE FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES AT WAYNE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL INVITES YOU TO THE INAUGURAL FCA 5K RUN/WALK!
RACE HIGHLIGHTS
* Start/Finish on the track in the Wayne County High School Athletic Stadium

* The 5K course traverses the entire school campus, using Cardinal Way, Kenny Davis Blvd, and Myrtle Street
* Pick your event: 5K Run for runners, 5K Walk for walkers
*
* Create a team to participate with your family, friends, class mates, co-workers, etc.
* NOTE: Those in the 5K Walk must have one foot on the ground at all times, i.e. No Running!
* Kids Dash for our littles on the track at 8:30 am (before the 5K starts)
* Cool race shirt (register by May 17th)
* Overall and Age Group Awards
*
* Top 1 Male & Female Overall Finisher for 5K Run and 5K Walk
* Top 3 Male & Female in the following age groups for 5K Run and 5K Walk
* 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
* Awards will be announced following a devotional at 10:00 am
* Packet Pickup schedule is TBD at this time
