For the youngest athletes under six, the triathlon includes a 25-meter swim, a 650-meter bike ride, and a 200-meter run. As competitors progress through the age groups, they will tackle increasingly challenging distances, culminating in the junior and open categories, featuring a 300-meter swim, a 6.5 km bike ride, and a 2 km run. Join us for a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and the spirit of competition as we encourage the next generation to discover the joy of sports!

We are excited to introduce the FIATT 3 Kids Triathlon, a unique sporting event in the region that promotes sports, discipline, and fun among children and young people in Laredo and surrounding communities.
Organized by FIATT Training, this children's triathlon aims to instill a love of sports and healthy habits from a young age, in a safe, family-friendly, and professional environment.
