Get ready for a festive and fun-filled day at the 5th Annual Flannel 5K & 1-Mile Run taking place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in the scenic Beutter Park along the beautiful Riverwalk in Mishawaka, St. Joseph. Lace up your running shoes and join fellow enthusiasts for an invigorating 1-mile run at 8:45 AM, followed by the main event, the 5K race, kicking off at 9:05 AM. This chip-timed event promises a great atmosphere, with medals awarded to all participants and special prizes for the top male and female finishers in both races.
Don't forget to wear your favorite flannel for a cozy touch, and make sure to stop by the event store for race shirts available while supplies last! Packet pick-up will be conveniently held at Fleet Feet in Mishawaka on December 12, as well as on race morning at Chicory Café starting at 7:30 AM. This year, we’re excited to partner with the South Bend Center for the Homeless to collect gently used or new coats, hats, and gloves, so bring along your donations to help keep our community warm. The 5th Annual Flannel 5K & 1-mile Run will be happening at Beutter Park, and will be a 5k & 1 Mile distance on the beautiful Riverwalk in Mishawaka, Indiana! The 1-mile run will begin at 8:45 AM followed by the 5K race at 9:05 AM. Packet pick-up will be available on Friday, December 13th at Fleet Feet in Mishawaka (3522 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545) during business hours (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) and on race morning starting at 7:30 AM from Chicory Caf'e in Mishawaka (114 W 1st St, Mishawaka, IN 46544). This event will be chip-timed. Medals will be provided to all participants and awards for the top male and female finishers of both races. Race shirts can be purchased at the event store. Remaining quantities will be reflected. Shirts will be available until gone. Act fast!
