Join us for the Flash Fit Low-Key (Pre) Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, in beautiful Arlington! This exciting event kicks off at 10:00 AM at Bon Air Park & Rose Gardens, where participants will enjoy a relaxed group run. While this is not a competitive race, we will provide suggested routes for a fun-filled 5k, 2-mile, and 1-mile run, making it perfect for runners of all ages and abilities.

To add to the festivities, we’re excited to include a lively kids' dash, ensuring that the whole family can join in on the fun! Registration fees contribute to delicious post-run snacks and coffee, allowing us all to celebrate the holiday season together—perfect for burning off those mashed potatoes and pie!
