The festivities kick off at the Flat Rock Early Childhood Center, with packet pickup starting at 5:00 PM, followed by the 5K race at 6:00 PM and the 1-mile event at 6:05 PM. This community-focused event supports the Flat Rock Education Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to promoting growth and excellence within the local school district. Participants can register at varying prices leading up to the event, and all early registrants will receive a stylish long-sleeve t-shirt. Plus, everyone will be recognized with finisher awards, and there are special awards for the fastest male and female in the 5K. CHOOSE FROM EITHER A TIMED, COMPETITIVE 5K RUN/WALK OR RECREATIONAL 1-MILE RUN/WALK ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL DOWNRIVER LINKED GREENWAYS AND NEIGHBORING STREETS OF FLAT ROCK.
