Our 8-week training program is designed for both walkers and runners to help you prepare for the Africa Town Bridge 5K on June 14. Final Event: Africa Town Bridge 5K on June 14 (JUNE 14 IS AN ESTIMATION AS IT IS NOT POSTED AS OF 2/24)
