Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
PRICING:
Full and Half Marathon Training: $100
WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
Tuesday: Speed Workout at Fleet Feet Lincoln - 6:00pm
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM BENEFITS:
1.) Saturday planned long run courses with water stations
2.) Tuesday speed workouts to match your pace and ability
3.) Weekly educational and motivational emails with tips and advice
4.) Access to private Facebook group
5.) Direct access to coaches via the remind me app and email
6.) Mentors for all group runs - tshirt for all participants
7.) Madonna ProActive Partnership - This includes full use of their facilities during the training class for an additional $35
BASE TRAINING:
We will send out a base training schedule for you to use to make sure you are ready to hit the ground running in early January. We encourage you to join our Tuesday group runs and get to know others that are also joining the training class.
Here is the recommended base training for the half marathon:
Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and at least a 3-mile run/walk per run
Full Marathon - 20 miles a week and at least a 6-mile run
