Ready 2 Run is a coached program aimed at improving or enhancing run technique. The program is designed to meet the needs of the participant and based on their current goal.
It's a great opportunity for a runner/walker wanting community and social accountability of a running program.
The program will be designed with an understanding of current fitness and goals. The weekly program will include up to four designed workouts and two coached meetings established before the program begins.
The participant will have the chance to join group runs on Wednesday's @ 6:00 P.M. and Saturday mornings @ 7:00 A.M. (most sessions last 40 mins to 60 mins)
