Join us for the 6th Annual Food For All 5K on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in beautiful Fredericksburg! This community-friendly event invites everyone to either walk or run in support of a fantastic cause. The Food For All program aims to make healthy local food more affordable for families in need, with net proceeds from the race going directly to help reduce grocery costs for Co-op shoppers utilizing SNAP benefits.
Participants can choose between in-person and virtual options, making it easier than ever to get involved. Don’t miss the chance to pick up your race packet at the Co-op on April 11th or early on race day! Register by March 28, 2025, to ensure you receive your exclusive race t-shirt. Strollers are welcome, but please note that dogs are not allowed on the race course. Come out, get active, and help us support healthy eating in our community!

Organiser's Description
All are welcome to Walk or Run with us at this community friendly 6th Annual Co-op 5K! Help us make healthy local food more affordable to those in need. Net proceeds from the race will be used to reduce the cost to Co-op shoppers using SNAP. The Food for All program assists hundreds of families in our community stretch their SNAP/ebt grocery dollars when they shop at the Co-op. Your participation and donations help enable children and adults to obtain healthy fruits and vegetables that might otherwise be out of reach.
This year we are offering an in-person and virtual option for the race. All participants will need to pick up their race packet at packet pick up at the Co-op, which will be held on Friday, April 11th from 4:00-6:00 pm and Saturday, April 12th from 7:00-8:45 am. Register by 3/28/25 to guarantee your race t-shirt.
No dogs are permitted on the race course. Strollers are permitted.

OPENS 01 JAN 26We will start near the Fredericksburg Food Co-op and walk/run along the Rappahannock Heritage Trail and Canal Path. This is a great place for some April exercise! All proceeds will go toward our Food for All program which gives additional discounts on purchases to customers shopping with SNAP benefits. Hope to see you there at the 2025 Co-op 5K! -
