The Fox Trot 5K is a vibrant, community-driven race dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease. Participants of all ages and fitness levels come together to walk, jog, or run 3.1 miles while supporting a meaningful cause.

We want to Shine a RAY Of light on Parkinson's. Why? Because everyone can help end Parkinson’s disease. More than six million people worldwide live with Parkinson's today. It is the second most common neurological disorder. In the United States, approximately 60,000 new cases will be diagnosed this year alone. There is no known cure. Our ultimate finish line is finding the cure for Parkinson’s!
