Participants can choose to run one, two, or all three races, with each finishing runner receiving a medal and exclusive winter swag. This year, we're bringing back the three-race lineup that you loved, making it our most challenging series yet!
We kick off the series on January 25, 2025, with a heart-pumping 5K at the beautiful Dick Young Forest Preserve in Batavia, IL. Next up, on February 8, 2025, push your limits with a tough 8K at Oakhurst Forest Preserve in Aurora, IL. Finally, well wrap it up on March 9, 2025, with an epic 10K at Hickory Knolls Discovery Center in St. Charles, IL.
Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or new to the game, this series is designed to test your winter running skills while offering a rewarding experience. You can choose to take on one or two races, or go all in and tackle all three by signing up for the Trail Series Combo. The trails are rugged, the views are beautiful, and the challenge is real.

The parking lot is located just before the pickleball courts at James O'Breen Community Park as you drive toward the Discovery Center. The starting line is on the road behind the discovery center. Take the trail to the right to find it. -
