Event summary
Participants can compete in both the 5K and the 1 Mile Fun Run, with USATF certified courses that are eligible for state records. Registration is just $25 for adults and $15 for children under 18, and all participants will receive T-shirts while supplies last. Plus, awards will be given for all regular divisions in the 5K. And don't forget to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots collection! Join us in supporting the Long Beach High School Scholarship Funds and make this a memorable holiday event for the entire community!

* 1 Mile Fun Run and costume contest!
* Presented by Coast Cares Foundation
* Awards for all the normal divisions in the 5k.

"Race walking requires the competitor to maintain contact with the ground at all times and requires the leading leg to be straightened as the foot makes contact with the ground.
