Organiser's Description
Get ready to hit the ground running this fall with the FCPRD Youth Running Club! We're excited to welcome young runners aged 7-14, regardless of skill level. Registration includes an entry to Trails 4 Miles and the Thanksgiving Day 5K. Our club emphasizes the importance of proper running techniques, stretching, and other useful tips to make running enjoyable. Don't forget to bring your running shoes, water, and a snack to keep you fueled and hydrated throughout your practices.
