Get ready for an exciting evening of fun and fitness at the Friday Night Lights 5K Run/Walk on August 1, 2025, in beautiful Seneca, La Salle! This spirited event is a perfect opportunity to support the Educational Foundation of Seneca High School, the Cross Country Team, and local charities, all while enjoying a fast-paced 5K race. The race kicks off at 7:00 PM, starting just outside the gymnasium and finishing on the iconic 50-yard line of the football field, where participants will be celebrated under the stadium lights.

Registration opens at 5:30 PM, and early bird registration ends on July 1st—make sure to register by July 18th to secure your race t-shirt. With awards for overall male and female finishers as well as the top three finishers in each age group, there’s plenty of reason to lace up those running shoes.
