After the invigorating exercise, join us for a delightful Sourdough Baking Workshop from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This hands-on class is available for FREE if you participate in the group run/walk, or you can sign up for just $40. Don't forget to arrive at least ten minutes early to get settled! Plus, for those looking to fuel up, Rise and Grind Cafe will be on hand providing delicious coffee to keep your spirits high. Join us for the Coffee and Kilometers March Group MOVEment Event!
Date? - Saturday, March 29
Where? - Meet in parking lot at 402 W Bagley Rd, Berea, OH 44017
Time? - Group MOVE @ 8:30AM then Sourdough Baking Class begins at 10:30AM (we are asked to arrive at least ten minutes prior to the start!)
The Sourdough Workshop is two hours from 10:30AM -12:30PM
Cost? - FREE if you join us just for the group run/walk. Where we are meeting for the sourdough workshop is close to the Berea metro-park, so we will be utilizing the park for our run/walk. The goal is to hit about 3 miles and head to Coe Lake and back. However, you have about two hours before class so if you are training for something specific, use that time to move as long as you wish before the class starts.
* If you are only joining us for the run/walk portion, please think about supporting Rise and Grind Cafe, who will be providing us coffee for those who are joining us for the sourdough workshop. _THEY ARE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD OFF OF BAGLEY AT 1314 W BAGLEY RD, BEREA, OH 44017_
To continue the theme, there will be an option to donate as well, which will help further benefit Rise and Grind Coffee by buying gift cards to their shop to raffle off to everyone who supports!
