EVENT 1: MEAS 1 MILE RUN START TIME 8:00AM
Test your mile or even PR your own mile!
* Runners will be timed and tracked as they run (4) 400 Meter sprints around the designated loop.
* Male Division
* Female Division
* Both male and female will run together but will be separated in division score
* Winners of each division will be awarded a prize
EVENT 2: POWER HOUR RUN START TIME 9:00AM
* 60 Minute endurance run/walk around the designated loop
* Runners will be timed and tracked
* Run in a 400 Meter around loop for 60 minutes
* Winners with the most amount of laps in 60 minutes will be awarded a prize for both male and female divisions
