Organiser's Description
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.
So this event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K or you can participate in the 5K Challenge, if you elect to participate in the Challenge, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
JUMPING JACKS
SIT UPS
LUNGES
AIR SQUATS
PUSHUPS
BURPEES
