Join us for the FUN FIT 5K / 10K with the CHALLENGE 5K organized by Pompano Beach in Broward on Saturday 26th July 2025. The event will take place at the Pompano Air Park, with parking available at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. Participants can choose to run either the 5K or 10K race, or take on the Challenge 5K which involves completing 10 reps of various exercises every half mile. All participants will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, and Signature bib, with a finish line clock to track your time. Don't miss out on this fun and fit event in a beautiful location!
Organiser's Description
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.
So this event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K or you can participate in the 5K Challenge, if you elect to participate in the Challenge, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
JUMPING JACKS
SIT UPS
LUNGES
AIR SQUATS
PUSHUPS
BURPEES
