Lace up your running shoes for an exciting 10K and 5K race along the scenic 8 Mile Creek Trail. The 10K kicks off at 8 AM from Downtown Paragould, while the 5K starts at Rotary Park, also at 8 AM, with a convenient shuttle service available for 5K racers returning to the park after the finish.
But that's not all! This year, the event will also feature the thrilling Fastest Kid in Town Race, sponsored by PMU, starting at 9:30 AM for young athletes aged 4 to 14. All participants who register before May 1st will receive a FREE Loose Caboose Festival T-Shirt, adding to the excitement of this fantastic community gathering. Join us for a day filled with camaraderie, competition, and a chance to support local initiatives, as all proceeds will benefit the Paragould Chamber Foundation and the Greene County Future Fund. Returning in 2025 is the FASTEST KID IN TOWN RACE Sponsored by PMU with the Fastest Internet in Town.
All registrations before May 1st will receive a FREE Loose Caboose Festival T-Shirt!
10K: Race begins at 1812 in Downtown Paragould at 8am and returns to same point.
5K: Race begins at Rotary Park at 8am and ends at 1812 in Downtown Paragould. A shuttle will leave from the 5k finish line from 9am to 10am to take 5k Racers back to Rotary Park.
Fastest Kid In Town Race: Race begins at 9:30 am inside the festival grounds near Champions Gymnastics.
