Get ready for an exhilarating day of fun and fitness at the 3rd Annual Good & Young Spirit 5K, taking place on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, in the picturesque town of Versailles, Woodford. This exciting event kicks off at 9:00 AM at the Falling Springs Recreation Center and promises a memorable experience for participants of all ages.

Join in on the action as you run or walk along a scenic course featuring paved roads and trails. The event includes a 5K race and a Kid's Dash, perfect for children 12 and under. All participants will receive commemorative race t-shirts, and there will be plenty of post-race food, drinks, and opportunities for fun and fellowship. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers, along with the first place in various age categories ranging from 0-12 to 50+.
