Set in the scenic beauty of Lake Manatee State Park, this adventurous 5K and 10K trail run takes you deep into Floridas natural landscape. Runners will navigate a dynamic course featuring winding dirt paths, sandy stretches, shaded pine corridors, and classic Florida flatwoodsall with peaceful lake views along the way.
Keep your eyes open for some of the parks most iconic residents, including gopher tortoises, armadillos (the races namesake "gopher" dillos), and a variety of native birds that bring the course to life.
