7th annual Great Turkey Chase to benefit ECHOS in Elizabethtown. A portion of registration fees and 100% of any donations you make will benefit ECHOS.
5K course starting and ending at Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ (EBIC) 996 E High St, Elizabethtown, PA.
Kids run: No event fee. Sign up on line! Two events: Approximate 1/4 mile course that can be run one, two, three or four times and a shorter run through blocked off parking lot. Kids run sponsored by Tatted Toy Guys and LIV-Etown, Elizabethtown!! Option for t-shirt purchase.
5K:
Family friendly race! Making family memories! Thanksgiving traditions!
Come out on Thanksgiving morning to exercise before your Thanksgiving feast. "Catch" a turkey and take a frozen turkey home.
T-shirts to all 5K participants signed up by November 7th. Finisher's medal to all 5K finishers.
Age group awards by 10 year age groups and overall finisher awards-Thanksgiving style!

PARKING INFORMATION: DO NOT PARK IN BLOCKED OFF AREA OF THE PARKING LOT. THIS AREA WILL BE USED FOR THE KIDS RUN. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASSY AREAS AT THE CHURCH. LIMITED PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE EBIC PARKING LOT. OVERFLOW PARKING WILL BE NEEDED AND IS AVAILABLE AT BEAR CREEK SCHOOL, EAST HIGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SMALL LOT AT THE FAIR GROUNDS BY OUTBUILDINGS, AND STREET PARKING. (SEE PARKING MAP BELOW)
ALTHOUGH WE LOVE OUR FURRY FRIENDS, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE RACE COURSE FOR SAFETY REASONS.
Unfortunately, the Great Turkey Chase does not offer refunds under any circumstances due to pre race costs affiliated with each registration.

5K loop run through the streets of Elizabethtown, passing the high school, Etown College and Bear Creek Elementary School, ending on the school pathway to the church parking lot. -
Great Turkey Chase Kids Run

Two separate kid events will take place. First event will be a short run in the parking lot of the church for our youngest runners. The second event will be an approximate 1/4 mile run through parking lot and grass area of the church. Kids will have the option of running one, two, three or four 1/4 mile loops. Kids run event sponsored by The Tatted Toy Guys and LIV E-town.
