We divide up into groups based on ability. Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.
Supported runs with water and gatorade stops. Post run refreshments. Shirt.
All get a training plan to follow.

Start Time dependent on weather but plan for first few weeks at 8 am.
Weekly group runs starting mostly in Spring Lake Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.
