The Half Marathon Training Program is free for current members of the Waco Striders Running Club.
The program consist of 3 organized group runs each week. Running with a group will help you stay motivated. The Monday and Wednesday Group runs are set distances (3 miles and 4 miles respectively). The distance of the Saturday Group runs vary as the distances get longer to prepare you for your target race. The target race for this program is the Bearathon Half Marathon [https://studentfoundation.web.baylor.edu/bearathon] on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
