FOR THE 20TH ANNUAL HAMPTON ROTARY CLUB FIRECRACKER 5K ON SATURDAY, JULY 4, 2026, 8:30 AM, ON THE 250TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. THIS IS A HAMPTON TRADITION AND A GREAT FAMILY EVENT. OUR CHALLENGING 5K RUN/WALK OR SCENIC 1M WALK BOTH ROUTE HAMPTON'S NEWLY IMPROVED COMMUNITY PARK. __THERE'S A T-SHIRT GIVE AWAY AND PARTICIPATION MEDALS FOR BOTH THE WALK AND THE RUN WITH AWARDS FOR OVERALL AND AGE GROUP WINNERS BY GENDER. _

OPENS 01 MAR 27This option will let you avoid the run up Topnick and you can have pizza while watching a few runners finish. Walkers start after the runners, get a different bib and the same shirt, same participation medal, goodie bag, drinks, pizza, and fellowship as runners but there are no finish medals. One foot on the ground at all times!
