Get ready to kick off summer at the 2nd Annual Hansen Dam Splash & Dash 5K a one-of-a-kind community race set against the scenic backdrop of Hansen Dam Recreation Area, home to one of the largest aquatic facilities in the country. Whether youre chasing a personal best, walking with family and friends, or simply looking for a fun morning outdoors, this event is designed for runners of all ages and experience levels.

The day starts with a scenic run through Hansen Dam followed by an all-day pool party and community celebration featuring music, aquatic activities, vendors, raffles, and free access to the Hansen Dam Aquatic Center.

More than just a race, the Splash & Dash supports Citywide Aquatics programs that help provide affordable swim lessons, water safety education, and expanded access to aquatic recreation for youth and families across Los Angeles.
