Parking is available at the start/finish line. Good Harbor Beach 100 Thatcher Rd Gloucester, MA 01930 Bib # and race swag pick-up is on race day only from 8:00am. No early birds, please. There will be an aid station with water near mile 1 of the 5K race. ZYM Hydration is our on-course drink and hydration sponsor. ZYM created their Endurance Drink Mix for those that need energy and electrolytes to keep you performing at your optimal level. Many conventional sports drinks are filled with artificial flavors and colors and taste too sweet or too chalky. ZYM HYDRATION has built its reputation by providing the best tasting sports drink using natural ingredients. Check them out at www.zym.com Portable restrooms will be available at the start finish area. Award medals are given to the top three M/F in each age group. Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 70+. Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your award before you leave (There will not be an awards ceremony). Awards will not be mailed. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring. Be sure to visit the tent to pick up your purchased merchandise before you leave. Merchandise will not be mailed. Finisher medals to all finishers. The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Departments will help monitor traffic. PLEASE stay to the side of the road. Bag check is not available. Please plan accordingly. Please read the FAQ for all race details. -
