This vibrant community event kicks off at 8 a.m. CST at the Breckinridge County Courthouse Square, offering both a 5K run and a 2K run/walk, ensuring there's a perfect option for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Not only will you enjoy a fun-filled morning of fitness, but you'll also be contributing to meaningful causes. All proceeds from registrations and sponsorships will benefit the Shop With A Cop program in memory of Jerry Critchelow, while a food drive will support the Good Samaritan Center. Early registration is just $20 until November 18, with prices increasing to $25 thereafter. Students in high school and elementary school can join for free with a recommended canned food donation. WELCOME TO THE 4TH ANNUAL HARDINSBURG TURKEY TROT! JOIN US ON THANKSGIVING MORNING AT 8 A.M. CST FOR A FANTASTIC EVENT THAT BRINGS OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER. WE OFFER BOTH A 5K RUN AND A 2K RUN/WALK, ENSURING THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

5K Registration is $20 through November 18, 2025, and increases to $25 from November 19, 2025 through race morning. Register early to secure your spot!
All runners registering before November 19, 2025, will receive a special race t-shirt. _Please note that t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after the 11/19/2025 deadline._
High school and elementary-age students can register for FREE (we recommend canned food donations). Race day t-shirts are NOT included in the free registrations but can be purchased for $12 during checkout.
Online registration remains open until 8:00 a.m. on race day, and it's quick and easy to register from your phone. Cash registrations will also be accepted on race day.

Special awards will be presented to the top Male & Female finishers.
