The race kicks off at 7:00 a.m., following an early packet pickup starting at 5:30 a.m. Whether you’re sprinting through the 5K or enjoying the Kids Dash for ages 10 and under, your participation will help uplift and empower vulnerable seniors through essential services such as food deliveries, care visits, and emotional support.
With a registration fee of just $30, participants will receive a T-shirt and a commemorative medal, with additional medals awarded to the top three winners in each category. Organiser's Description
Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

Join us for the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk! Whether youre a seasoned runner or enjoy a casual stroll, together, well run or walk to support and empower seniors in our community facing isolation and loneliness. Lets bring awareness to the challenges our aging population faces every dayall while having fun with friends and family!
5K RUN/WALK: $30.00 (includes a T-shirt and a commemorative medal).
KIDS DASH: $5.00 (ages 10 and under).
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP OPENS AT 5:30 A.M.
5K STARTS AT 7:00 A.M.; KIDS DASH STARTS AT 8:00 A.M.
ALL FIRST 200 PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT AND A MEDAL. THERE WILL BE MEDALS FOR THE FIRST TOP 3 WINNERS FROM EACH CATEGORY.
*PLEASE BE SURE TO ARRIVE BEFORE 7:00 A.M. ONCE THE RACE BEGINS, THE GATES FROM THE PARK WILL CLOSE AND VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN.

Participants will run or walk on behalf of these seniors symbolizing a commitment to empowering them with love, care and essential support.
