Join us for the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in beautiful Coconut Creek, Broward! This uplifting event invites runners and walkers of all ages to come together to support and empower seniors in our community who face isolation and loneliness. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or prefer a leisurely stroll, your participation will help raise vital funds for the C.A.R.E. program, which provides essential services to vulnerable seniors across South Florida.
The 5K race kicks off at 7:00 a.m. with race day packet pickup starting at 5:30 a.m., and there's even a fun Kids Dash at 8:00 a.m. for children aged 10 and under. Registration is just $30 and includes a T-shirt and a commemorative medal, while the Kids Dash is only $5. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of seniors by bringing awareness to their everyday challenges and ensuring they feel valued and connected. Let's lace up our running shoes, gather our friends and family, and move with purpose to support those who need it most!

Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

Participants will run or walk on behalf of these seniors symbolizing a commitment to empowering them with love, care and essential support.
