WE ARE BACK ON THE BOONE GREENWAY TRAIL FOR THE 14TH ANNUAL HIGH COUNTRY TURKEY TROT!

NEW FOR 2024, WE'RE OFFERING THREE RACE OPTIONS! CHOOSE FROM A 5K OR 10K TIMED TRAIL RACE OR AN UNTIMED 5K FUN RUN/WALK. THE 5K AND 10K TRAIL RACES WILL TAKE YOU ON A SCENIC TRIP THROUGH THE WOODS VIA THE GREENWAY AND KENNEDY TRAILS. THE FUN RUN/WALK 5K WILL UTILIZE ALL PAVED TRAILS THROUGHOUT THE PARK.

THE HIGH COUNTRY TURKEY TROT INCORPORATES A COSTUME CONTEST, PRIZES FOR TOP 3 MEN'S & WOMEN'S RACERS, FINISHER MEDALS, AND CUSTOM HIGH COUNTRY TURKEY TROT T-SHIRTS. WELL ALSO HAVE A LIVE DJ ON SITE!

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ASKED TO BRING NON-PERISHABLE BOXES OR CANNED FOOD ITEMS!
