Already completed a 5K or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for whats next? No Boundaries 5K training program is an eight-week, coach-led program designed to help you run your next 5K with more strength, confidence, and consistency. Youll get structure, support from mentors, and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5K. Youll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.
