Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Holly Academy 5K Walk / Run & Kids' Obstacle Course on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in the beautiful town of Holly, Oakland! This vibrant event welcomes participants of all ages to join in the festivities while supporting a great cause. Lace up your running shoes for the spirited 5K course designed for both walkers and runners, or cheer on the young adventurers in the Husky Fun Run, a thrilling 1-mile obstacle course tailored for kids in grades 3 years to 5th grade.
Kick off your morning with registration at 7:00 AM, followed by an energizing Zumba warm-up at 8:00 AM. The Kids' Fun Run and Obstacle Course starts at 8:15 AM, leading into the main event, the HA5K Run/Walk at 9:00 AM. Don’t miss the awards ceremony and raffle at 10:00 AM to celebrate all participants. Organiser's Description
Run with Your Pack is organized by the Holly Academy Education Foundation, which is focused on providing expanded educational opportunities not traditionally funded through the general operating fund. Monies raised are used for both immediate and long term educational goals for the entire school community.
This year's event includes our great 5K course for runners and walkers and awesome obstacles for our Husky Fun Runners (1 mile long). The HA5K will be capped at 300 participants (runners and walkers combined) and Husky Fun run at 200. Register while you can! All money raised goes towards educational grants for our Holly Academy teachers and staff.
