This exciting event supports the vital programs at the Free Will Baptist Children's Home, which provides caring and supportive homes for youth in foster care and independent living programs. Runners will enjoy a scenic course that starts and ends in the heart of the campus, winding through lush farmland and featuring a few gentle hills for an invigorating challenge.
Registration is just $30 per participant if you sign up in advance, or $40 on race day, with group pricing available for teams of six or more. The race kicks off at 9:00 AM, so be sure to arrive early for packet pick-up from 8:00 to 8:45 AM. Participants will have the chance to win awards for the top finishers in various age categories, and don't forget to register by April 15 to snag a stylish Home Run 5K t-shirt! Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled day that promotes health, community, and a great cause. Strollers are welcome, but please leave pets and bicycles at home. THE 11TH ANNUAL HOME RUN 5K SUPPORTS THE CHILDREN SERVED THROUGH VARIOUS CHILDRENS HOME PROGRAMS. THE FREE WILL BAPTIST CHILDRENS HOME PROVIDES CARING, SUPPORTIVE HOMES FOR YOUTH IN AND AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE IN OUR ALTERNATIVE FAMILY PLACEMENT, FAMILY FOSTER CARE & ADOPTIONS, AND THRIVE INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAMS. THE COURSE STARTS AND ENDS IN THE CENTER OF CAMPUS, TAKING RUNNERS THROUGH THE CAMPUS AND SURROUNDING FARMLAND AND CONSISTS OF SEVERAL SMALL HILLS.

PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up and check-in will be held Saturday, May 1, 2027, from 8:00-8:45am in Heritage Hall on the Childrens Home campus. Race begins promptly at 9:00am. Please give yourself ample time to park and walk across campus to the check-in location.

Follow signs and parking crew directions. Parking is across campus from the check-in location and the start/finish line. Please give yourself ample time to park and walk across campus. Please use Childrens Home Rd to enter campus from Hwy 231; Buck Deans Rd from Hwy 231 to campus will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at 8:45.
OTHER DETAILS
Strollers are welcome.
Bicycles and skateboards are not allowed on the course.
Pets are not allowed at the race site or on the course.
Unclaimed shirts will not be held or mailed to participants who are not present at the
race.
