Little ones aged 3-6 can enjoy the Homeschool Minis class from 1:00 to 1:45 PM, while kids aged 7-14 can join the Homeschool Kids class from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
Participants will experience a variety of physical activities including push-ups, pull-ups, jumping jacks, and more, while also learning essential skills inspired by the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior. With a focus on fun and fitness, kids will develop their strength, agility, and balance through hands-on training, skill progressions, and obstacle challenges. Organiser's Description
Classes run every Friday between:
1-1:45pm Homeshool minis (ages 3-6 )
2-3pm Homeshool kids (ages 7-14)
Program starts:
- Friday February 9th,
- Friday February 16th,
- Friday February 23rd,
- Friday March 1st,
-Friday March 8th.
------------CAMP WILL INCLUDE:----------
-Physical activities such as: push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, QMs, running etc.
-Hands on training using replicas of obstacles from ANW Jr. and ANW
-Skill progressions including: learning how to safely fall, hanging, swinging, striding, jumping, rope climbing, rope swing tech, landings, precisions, etc
-Balance Training: beginner, intermediate
This program is perfect for parents with homeschool kids and young children that are looking to have fun and stay active. At the Obstacle Training Academy (OTA) we use fitness techniques inspired by the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior to get people of all ages moving. Come train like a ninja.

CLOSEDThis is the program for your active 7-14 year old that is literally climbing the walls at home. At the OTA, we understand that kids are climbing on EVERYTHING. So we provide a safe and encouraging environment that allows kids to feel free to learn how to safely climb, jump, swing, run and land properly to avoid injury. Come climb our ropes, climb our rock wall, run up our warped wall, traverse our quad steps, walk our balance rails and beams. Come play like a NINJA. -
