Celebrating its 23rd year, this Super Sprint Triathlon promises a challenging yet enjoyable adventure for participants of all skill levels, including individuals and relay teams. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Kenneth L. Wilson State Park, just two hours north of NYC and one hour south of Albany, this event features a 400-meter swim, a 12-mile bike ride, and a 2-mile run.

With an AquaBike option available for individuals, competitors can choose to race in one of the three series events or tackle them all.
