Lace up your shoes for this annual event and get ready to be part of a great cause while helping bring awareness to the risks police officers face every day. I Got Your Six Run/Walk was organized in memory of Bradley Police Departments Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic and in honor of Officer Tyler Bailey. This event has an option for everyone, no matter your fitness level. We offer a 10K run, 5K run, 2-mile walk, as well as a virtual option, if you cannot make it on-site the day of the event. Also, as tribute to Marlenes love of dogs, participants can register their dog to run/walk with them. Participants will be provided with an I Got Your Six race shirt, race medal, and registered dogs will receive a custom race handkerchief to wear during the race. All proceeds from this event will be used to fund two Kankakee Community College Law Enforcement Scholarships in each officers name.
