Athletes will tackle each discipline with a 10-minute transition between the swim and bike, and a 5-minute break before hitting the indoor track for the final leg. The indoor triathlon benefitting the Crisis Center for South Suburbia is back on March 8th! After a one year hiatus, the race is BACK with the same format. All proceeds will benefit the Crisis Center for South Suburbia, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families: https://crisisctr.org/
The format of the race is 15 minutes of each discipline: pool swim, stationary bike, indoor track run. There will be a 10 minute transition period between the swim and bike, and a 5 minute transition period between the bike and the run.
Total distance is recorded for each discipline and each individual is ranked by their total distance.
This is a fun, non-competitive event that benefits an impactful community organization. There are no prizes, just purpose. Join us on March 8th.
