Join us for the inaugural Iola Fall Classic Trail Race on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, set against the stunning backdrop of Iola in Waupaca! This exciting event features a variety of race distances, including a challenging 25k, a spirited 10k, and a fun 5k trail race, all starting at 10 AM. Participants will enjoy a delightful mix of singletrack and cross-country ski trails, making for an unforgettable running experience.
Registration is open online until 7 PM on October 15th, with early bird pricing of just $30 available until October 7th. After that, registration will be $40, and day-of registration will be available starting at 8 AM (cash only). Be sure to register by October 13th to receive a stylish 2026 Race hat! Runners will have access to water and Gatorade along the course for the 25k and 10k distances, and all participants can look forward to post-race refreshments and snacks. Come join us for a fun fall running challenge! The Iola Fall Classic is a new annual event at the Iola Winter Sports Club consisting of a 25k, 10k, and 5k trail races consisting of a mix of singletrack and cross-country ski trail.
All race distances start at 10am. Online registration will be open until 7pm 10/15. Early bird pricing is $30 for each event until 10/7, registration will be $40 after 10/7. Day of Registration will be open (cash only) starting at 8am. Register by 10/13 to receive the 2026 Race hat.
Water and gatorade will be available on course for the 25k and 10k distances. Post race refreshments and snacks will be available for all participants. There will be fun activities for kids as well - art, mountain biking, games, etc.
Awards for top three men and women. Medals for all. Age group recognition for the top three finishers in each age category.
