My name is Dr. William D. Sroufe and I am the Community Partnerships Director at ACTS. ACTS (Action in Community through Service) is a non-profit organization located in Dumfries, VA. We serve all of Prince William County. We offer domestic violence services, sexual assault services, housing assistance and food assistance.
