Get ready for a fun and festive family-friendly event at the Jackson Hole Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 27, 2025! This exciting 5K community run takes place in Wilson, Teton, starting at 9 AM in the Stilson Parking Lot. Don your best holiday sweater and join fellow participants in this untimed race, where the emphasis is on enjoyment and community spirit rather than competition.
The course features a scenic route that includes a tunnel under Highway 22 and a charming pathway along HHR Road, ensuring a delightful experience for all runners. While there are no official results, prizes will be awarded for the top three finishers in both male and female categories, as well as for the Best Dressed participant. Don’t forget to bring your furry friends, but please keep them on a leash! Donations are welcomed to help keep this event free, with a suggested contribution of $5 per person or $20 per family. After the run, warm up with a hot beverage and take home a special Turkey Trot mug. Join us for this wonderful Thanksgiving tradition and make lasting memories with your loved ones!

THANKSGIVING DAY | 9AM
5K - FREE, UNTIMED COMMUNITY RUN
STILSON PARKING LOT
Donations are accepted to keep the race free for the community (suggested: $5/person, $20/family).
Register so we have an idea of how many people are coming. We will have special Turkey Trot mugs available for hot beverages after the race.
Prizes for top 3 female and male finishers and Best Dressed.
The race is untimed (there will be no official results).
Faster runners start up front, slower folks/walkers toward the back. Keep your dogs on leash, please.
COURSE **NEW UPDATE!**:
The race starts and ends in Stilson Parking Lot just north of the bathrooms. Runners will start in the parking lot before hopping on the pathway. Before crossing Fish Creek, runners will cross under Highway 22 (via the tunnel) and follow the pathway to the junction with HHR Road. Runners will turn right/north on HHR Road and run along the road for a short section before hopping back onto the pathway just past Wilson Elementary School. There will be a water station at the entrance to the pathway. Runners will remain on the pathway until the the final right turn back into Stilson and to the finish line.
