STROLLERS CAN BE DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER IN CROWDED CONDITIONS, SO KEEPING THEM OUT OF THE MAIN RACING TRAFFIC HELPS ENSURE THE SAFETY OF BOTH THE STROLLER PUSHER AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
