Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Johnstown Mastodon March 5K/10K Run & Walk on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in beautiful Johnstown, Licking! This exciting event kicks off with a Kids Fun Run at 8:15 AM, where young participants aged 1-8 can enjoy a short 300-yard dash. The main 5K and 10K races will follow, inviting runners and walkers of all skill levels to join in the celebration of community and wellness.
Start your day with a delicious community breakfast from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, hosted in collaboration with the American Legion Post 254. Not only will you enjoy tasty, healthy food, but you'll also get to groove to live music by the Mighty Troubadours Blue Grass Band! Best of all, the breakfast proceeds will support local food pantries, making this event a truly meaningful experience. Bring your friends and family to partake in the festivities and promote a healthy lifestyle together in the heart of Johnstown!

This trek starts out on Main Street through downtown Johnstown, eventually leading to the T.J. Evans Bike Trail. From there, the route will travel to and around the Johnstown High School campus, head to South Oregon Street end at the start/finish line in downtown Johnstown. -
10k Run & Walk

This trek starts out on the 5K route through downtown Johnstown, eventually leading to the T.J. Evans Bike Trail. It will veer off at the Johnstown Police Department onto a beautiful country road (out and back) and will loop back onto the 5K route to finish the race. Dont miss this country scenery! Say howdy to the cows along the way. -
Kids Fun Run

This is a free event for children ages 1-8 years. Participants do not receive a t-shirt. The 300 yard route will start at the race start/finish line and go through the City parking lot and around the block on South Oregon Street back to the start finish line.
