Whether you want to tackle your first 10K or work toward a 10K personal record, this program is for you!
Join us for a 12-week 10K training program with RRCA-certified coaches from John's Run/Walk Shop [https://www.johnsrunwalkshop.com/] to help you every step of the way! You can join us for group runs from Johns Run/Walk Shop in Chevy Chase on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or run on your own schedule.
Your program will be tailored to your race goals, whether thats reaching the finish line or hitting a target finish time. Coaches will be present at group runs at least once every week so athletes can check in regarding their training.
Youll also receive access to a private Strava group. Post your workouts, track your fitness, and connect with other program members who can offer additional support for those more difficult workouts.
After signing up, well check in via email to meet you, and discuss your race goals. We cant wait to run with you!
