About This Event:
First presented in 1991, the Kal-Haven Trail Run is a point to point 33.5 mile race on a "rails to trails" with a crushed limestone surface. The event begins in Kalamazoo at the Kal-Haven Trail's 10th Street trailhead, runs to Bloomingdale, and finishes back at the 10th Street Trailhead Kal-Haven Trail Run benefits Girls on the Run of Greater Kalamazoo and Kalamazoo Area Runners.

Event Information:
Solo Runners – 7:00 am start
Kalamazoo to Bloomingdale and back, MI 33.5 milesSolo runners may have up to 3 drop bags:
#1 – Gobles#2 – Lacota#3 – Kalamazoo Trail Head(finish line) – all drop bags will be transported back to Kalamazoo after solo runners have passed through the aid station.
2 Person Teams – 7:15 am start

Team member substitutions: The team captain may make changes to their teams online up to midnight on 03/31/23
3 to 6 Person Teams – 7:30 am start
Teams with fewer than 6 runners are still required to complete each leg as detailed below.
